How long does it take to launch?
We recommend 1 month from time or purchase. It can be as fast as one week after you have confirmed your teacher and marketing is in place. We provide you with lists of materials to purchase, demo shifts, interviewing questions, manuals, room set up details and our integration system so you can start offering classes in a short amount of preparation time. We understand how valuable your time is.
Can my studio customize the syllabus?
Yes you bet. It is designed for you to make it work for your studio and your students.
How many hours will it require?
It will take your studio 20 hours or less to get set up and offering classes and saves you over 500 hours of work.
How many lesson plans are included in the Syllabus?
The Syllabus includes 12 months of lesson plans and engaging themes. Every year we release a new Syllabus, so it keeps your program fresh, exciting and evolving. We have three years of Syllabus available with lots of bonuses and a library of resources you can enjoy.
How do I get the music?
All of the playlists are ready for you to download from Apple Music and Spotify. Playlists are labelled and ready to enjoy from your device with an active subscription.
What happens if I need more help?
We offer have group calls, support group chats, and you can always shoot us an email as we want you to thrive. If you require additional support and training, we offer strategy consultations for an additional investment.
When do I receive the monthly syllabus?
Monthly syllabus will be released on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month as a digital file to download and print. You will receive a video with an overview of the program for you and your teaching team to review before launching the program.
When will I receive the program after I purchase it?
You will receive your System, training videos and first month of Syllabus within two business days of purchase.
How do I pay for the program?
We require a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on file for monthly payments with your initial system purchase.
Can I launch the program after my dance season has started?
Yes, you can launch during any month that works for your studio. We have studios starting every month and there is no better time to start than now.
I'm loving your fine arts curriculum for preschoolers. Do you have curriculum for the 6-9 age group?
Yes we do and it is an awesome extension for studios looking to keep retention for students that are older than 5 years of age, serve the home school market or fill a weekend class. The Fine Arts Club for kids 6-9 focuses on active enrichment including physical activity, creativity, mindset and self- development.
